Can you give me a solution on how to solve my problem?

1. My problem is about my galaxy pocket phone. There were many applications that was deleted accidentally, my problem is i don't know how to restore the applications.

2. Then one of my deleted applications include games but can somebody tell me how to restore my game application without restarting the game. Because my game is Pokemon and i already on the last challenge and i accidentally deleted....... Please! can somebody tell me how to restore applications especially restoring game applications without restarting the game to the top!...

When l downloded Allways my phone shown not eanough momery in phone . In which way I drictly store the software on the momery card.
