Do Megagate titan t610 (Android Gingerbread OS) save messages directly to external sd card or it have any setting so that whenever a new message is receives it will automatically be saved in external sd card?

The default setting for most Android phones is to save it to internal memory. If you're using Hangouts, it'll also be synced and saved to your Google account as well.
