How do I reterive photos from phone that fell in water and is dead

My phone fell in water and will not turn on I've tried drying it out but no good and it's got all my photos on it is there any way of getting them back

If it has a memory card that can be taken out, insert the card in a card reader and then transfer the photos. Some memory cards are water resistant.
