Phone not recognizing sd card

I have a 16GB kingston micro SD card in my phone. Yesterday it was working perfectly fine I know so because I have all my music on it and I was listening to it. Now everytime I go to the music app it doesn't show any of my music. I tried going to the storage menu and I don't give me the option to unmount the sd card. If anyone knows how to fix this please help I don't have any apps except netflix and twitter on my phone. Also it doesn't show up on my pc either.
