"Call ended" message aborts my phone calls before they ring through.

I am unable to make phone calls from my Samsung mobile (android version 2.3.6). I can get texts through and can receive phone calls but for the past several days I am unable to make calls. When I dial the message "call ended" comes up and the call is aborted. Can anyone advise me?

Contact your provider, this might be an issue with billing or service as it pertains to your account. Often, you can receive calls and texts but are not able to send. Usually you can call the customer service center without problems even if you are unable to call anyone else.
