MSI's CPU is better but it may or may not be used depending on what you want to do with it. Games are mostly vram hogs and media edition CPU and RAM hogs.

12GB vs 16GB RAM doesn't really make a difference, but the extra 4GB are nice.

Asus has a bigger SSD

Asus has better cooling

MSI's keyboards and speakers are among the best

I vote for the Asus

Both are portable─or not so portable, depending on how you look at it. The GT70 is actually wider, taller, and slightly heavier than the G750. The G750 is a bit bigger only as far as depth is concerned.

The G750s run cooler than the GT70s.

You also said the MSI has "power however without the SSD," though you listed an SSD in the system specs of the MSI.

Honestly, these two systems will perform very similarly. The 4810 CPU is better than the 4700, but the difference is not far and wide.

The Asus system will probably be more stable due to its superior cooling system.
