Yes. You won't be doing any gaming at all but doing everything you want it to do will be fine. You might want to think about getting more RAM eventually. Because once you start multi tasking a lot of stuff then your laptop will seem to be super slow but that's because your RAM is bottlenecking it.

i was looking to get additional 2 Gb to make it 4, since 2 Gb is pretty less.
Wasnt sure how reliable the laptop is and if would last a few years with no gaming.

It will last 5 years if you take care of it, but it will be really full and slow. I would recommend trying to find a cheap i5 ultrabook. Almost all i5 laptops come with 4gb of RAM and you can probably find one with either a 128gb SSD or a 1tb HDD. What's your budget?
