Good laptop for 600 dollars or less

okay, i have about 4000 egp which is equivalent to 600 dollars. I want to buy a laptop that can run video editing software like sony vegas pro and adobe premier smoothly, also i wanna run photoshop. I have no experience in laptop models and such but i tried lenovo thinkpad before and i suffered greatly from overheating which actually damaged the graphics card and i live in a fairly good temp. environment i also heard dell and hp suck..so yea. please suggest some models that i can buy to help me do this things and that won't break down after a year of usage or suffer major issues...thanks.

The problem is your budget. It is very low which means that the laptop components will get affected by the heat very fast. I personally use an asus, you could look at the notebookcheck website to see how good it is.
