It depends on 'how bad'. As said, a pic here would help.

For a 'glue', JB Weld would probably work, if you're very, very careful. Practice on something else first.

what do you mean, how bad, it snapped, should be the same as anything else that snaps. shouldnt be much of a difference.

the ducktape around the frame isn't holding up perfectly cos the screen is large i guess

that's how bad it is.

A tiny crack would be a different fix than a 4" long fault.
A crack near a USB port would be a different fix than something near the screen hinge.

As said earlier...JB Weld is a good substance for 'gluing' two metal parts together.
But it also depends on how large, and what type of stress that particular fixed crack is under.

You're the only one who can see it.

when the frame is up, the metal is going upward

the snap is like 1/20 of an inch cos the metal thing (frame) is small.... when going up....

it's snapped on both sides

both snaps are very near to the bottom of the frame, on the sides.
