Recover deleted internal memory - Android 4.1.1

Hi,
Android Model – Samsung Galaxy Tab 2; GT-P3100
Android Version – 4.1.1

I don’t have a external sd card. I have only internal storage.
Tried most of the tools (Remo, Recuva, YoDot, Wondershare.......) and it doesn’t recognize the tab because it is not listed as a USB drive.

There is no option in tab also to enable USB mass storage mode. The tab has only 2 options – Media device(MTP) & Camera (PTP).

I need to recover my deleted pictures & videos from my internal memory. Please help me on this issue?
