Help with Connecting Soundbar/Amp

Can I connect my Digital Cable to Vizio 70" Class 1080P 240Hz 3D Smart LED HDTV M701D-A3 and Vizio S3821W-C0 38" 2.1 Soundbar w/ Wireless Subwoofer and Bluetooth

If your TV has a QAM digital cable tuner and your cable provider has some unencrypted channels you can receive them. No harm in trying. In most cases your will need a digital cable box which would connect to one of the HDMI inputs on the TV. The soundbar connects to the TV with an optical cable so that is not involved.
