Minimum dish size T7 Cband Mpeg

I want to receive the mpeg auido on tech Tv on T7 C using a 1 Meter
(3ft 3 inches)DSS dish, I am located in Jamaica. Is this possible? I
will use C4 for video. I cant test it as yet because I need to get an
offset feedhorn.

The T7 feed is encrypted with no way to subscribe.

Also should have mentioned that even if you received only the
audio from T7 and the video from C4, they would not be in
synch.

No way. You will need a 6 foot minimum.
