Hi,

DVArchive crashed, and I deleted my .XML setup files, and now
DVArchive no longer is able to let me set up my providers for the TV
Guide feature. Any ideas on what is wrong??

From the log:

Warn: TVLISTING_SOURCE[2]: No Provider listings available for zip code
XXXXX - TV Channels may be out of date

Really not the correct forum, but I will try to answer it anyway.
I assume you are using DVA3.0?

Click the "TV Listings" tab
Click the "properties" button in the bottom right
It should open a new window (preferences) and default to the "TV Guide"
tab.

Verify the Guide checkbox is enabled and then go through the options to
set up your providers. You might want to "clear TV listings" to ensure
you get new clean data.

Note that you MUST be able to communicate with a RTV unit before this
will work.

Found out the problem was Norton's firewall...
