Is CN8 (255 on Amc1 right??) one of those stations that is hard to get
with a six foot dish...I also can't get any of the fox
stations...which I know arent FTA...but they dont even show
up...so...hmmm
Oh and by the way...when did programming on the Big Dish get so
expensive?? I had to check NPS's website and couldnt believe that
Denver nets cost like $20 a month! And all the other programming is
outrageously priced also...
I haven't sub'd to anything on Cband in forever...and was shocked...

I dont remember if you said, is the 6' solid or mesh{fiberglass
mesh}? AMC1 falls into the 2 degree spacing area. Tough on a 6'.
Networks went through the roof because local challenges caused alot of
people to lose them. So the rest of us had to foot the TP costs to still
have them available. Same with everthing else, lost subscribers ect.
Plus if DSS and cable can get that much so can cband providers. One
thing about cband, you can STILL make your own packages, for the most
part. AND with a 4dtv you get like 4xs the movie chs at a MUCH CHEAPER
cost.
