Hi,
I just got my 4dtv going, and am missing some satellites to program,
by this I mean the tile doesnt even exist when I go to program them.
An example would be AMC 1 (W1) and a few others. I left my sat on G0
101 to get updates last night thinking that would help, but still no
tiles today. Anyone got any ideas, I kinda want to get all the sats
programmed before the pre-season NFL starts.
Thanks,
Greg

P.S. I have one of the old GI 4dtvs

In the 920 many problems can be cured by going to G0 13 power off unplug for
30 seconds plug back in wait 30 minutes then power on.
Known as a soft reset.

If this doesn't work, you may have to get a hit from your program provider.
NPs has an online rehit if that is your provider.

Put it on G0 ch 13. Make sure the green DCII light comes on.
You can then goto options 65 and watch the channel numbers rise, or
goto the options 644 and watch the number satellites increase.

Everything depends on the green DCII light coming on. Make sure you
can see outdoor channel on 24.

..Worse comes to worse, unplug it for a few minutes and try again.
Works every time even on ones with a dead battery and scrambled UID.

What is the location of G0 and what is the actual satellite name?

Thanks in advance.

G0 is G10. If your 4DTV is really lost you will need to program g9 to
the G10 position and follow the same instructions.
Outdoor channel on 24 is your best friend.
