how can i fix my memory card that is unreadalble to my cellphone

last night i was listening to my cellphone with music player,but in a minutes ago i touch my cellphone if see if i have a message,but suddenly it says "memory card error".what i am going to do????? please help me!!!!! i need my sd card back on it self again because their is an important files in there.!!!!

Connect it to a computer that has a Card reader or buy a card reader for PC (they pretty cheap), grab your data off and store on pc. Reformat the card then copy your files back onto it.

If you format it on your PC, then put it into your phone, your phone may want to reformat it differently as well, so keep that in mind.
