Delete bloatware at&t htc one m8

I rooted my HTC one m8 and then tried to uninstall some of the useless apps with titanium backup, system app remover, and ES file explorer, but no matter what I do, they reappear upon resetting the phone. Does anybody know what's going on and how to fix it? All three of the apps have root access, so that's not the problem. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. A couple of days ago I came across viper one and flashed that, and it's working perfectly. I'll mark your answer as best because cyanogenmod would work too.
