Malfunctioning android tablet screen

My daughter has a Hisense Sero 7 android tablet and the screen is malfunctioning to where it is essentially black but if she holds it in a certain way( apply pressure to the right side of the screen) she can see the screen. If enough pressure is not maintained, then the screen becomes fuzzy or goes black again. Clearly there is a faulty connection somewhere in the screen. Can this problem be fixed?

My best advice get it repaired, you can always service it if it is under warranty.
