So my N4 has got scratches and cuts all over the screen, takes 'meh' photos and videos, 16gb of onboard flash that is incredibly slow to write, it does not always accept incoming calls, it never rings and i don't get a notification about it, as well as texts.

A friend showed me this: http://oneplus.net/one#overview

From what i can see, this is better then any phone on the market, does 4k photos and 1080p and 60 fps and 720p at 120. bigger battery and runs cyanogen mod.

So far i can not see any down sides to this. If anyone has one do you have any issues with it?

The good
The OnePlus One has a sleek design that comfortably fits in your pocket, and the phone's powerful specs deliver a smooth, lag-free performance for a relatively low price.

The bad
The 5.5-inch display is too wide to use with one hand, and the Android-based Cyanogen Mod operating system isn't very stable at the moment.
The camera is mediocre, and audio volume during calls is too soft.
Its 4G radio won't work on every network.
No microSD slot
Poor call quality
Non-removable battery
