Windows Tablet under 500$

Hello there.
What is the best windows 8/8.1 (not RT but full Windows) that I can buy for under 500$ (I cannot exceed 500$). I would like it to be 4 GB RAM (if doesn't then 2 GB) and 32GB+ and to be 8 inch or 10 inch.

It is very similar to the Dell Venue 8 Pro you listed, but has a bigger screen and the detachable keyboard. It's a great little device.

It is used, but it has an i5 and will outperform anything in the same price range EASILY.

This one is a great deal. It comes with the Type Cover, which you would probably want to buy anyway. The 128GB version has 4GB of RAM.

The i5 inside will do well in your tasks, as long as you aren't doing huge video editing or playing Battlefield 4 and stuff.
