I need help deciding between these 2 laptops mainly for gaming

Basically, I have been going back and forth between this 2 so thought i would ask for help and be done with it ,so the 1st one:

persoanlly id get the dell inspirion. However it used a different operating system other than microsoft windows. You might have to get used to using the new linux operating system but it is not too difficult

Can't I change it to windows after I buy it.
