insufficient storage available

Allright, i have sony xperia L with android 4.2.2.
Recently i have some problems.
When i try to install or update something it tells me "insufficient storage available", no matter is it on google play or somewhere else, even though i have way more than enough memory free.
Sometimes i fix it by uninstalling some apps and downloading them again, but it doesn't work every time.
Sometimes when i need to ipdate, i first uninstall all updates then update it, but also it doesn't work every time.

Please help me, i've tryed cleaning cache with junk cleaner but it didn't help.
How to solve this!?

While I suggest that this isn't the answer you wanted, I would recommend getting an SD card and moving everything you can onto that. Android is bad at memory and storage.

I have searched online and found this method worked for me.
From your phone dialler, dial *#9900#
You will see sysDump screen on your device.
Tap on Delete dumpstate/logcat and it will show you dump result. Click okay and exit.
