Try "SDrescan" app from market, it will rescan your SD card and then check in gallery again. https/play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bero.sdrescan

The folders where the videos are is probably hidden. To unhide that folder, go to your file manager (probably called My Files) and the go to settings and then check if the 'Show Hidden Folders' or something similar to hidden folders is ticked or un-ticked. If it's ticked, untick it. if not, go back to your file manager and locate your video directory. Check if the videos are there, if no, then someone/somehow it got deleted. If the videos are available, then go to Settings-> Applications Settings-> Manage Applications-> All-> Gallery-> Wipe Data and Wipe Cache.
