Alienware Laptop Clean Up?

Hey guys I have an Alienware M14x and I have had it for about 3 years. I decided I wanted to clean up the computer a bit and get it running as fast as possible. Are there any utilities (CCleaner, Glary Utilities, etc) that you guys recommend for cleaning up the laptop? What is the best way to disable running processes in msconfig?

Any other help on getting this laptop in tip top shape is greatly appreciated!

Spybot Search & Destroy
PC Decrapifier
AVG Free

Using the first 4 utilities and replacing your current anti-virus with the lightweight AVG Free, you should be able to free up a lot of system resources.

Do you prefer AVG over Avast?? Why do you use Spybot and Malwarebytes and Spybot?
