Iphone Only Working With One Specific Sim?

So basically i bought an iphone 4 and it came with a sim (not brand new) and the sim works on EE but when i put my EE sim card in it gives me no serive for some reason?

Service provider?

In order to switch SIMMS now with some smartphones (esp iphones) you have to call your provider, and switch the phone over to that SIMM.. I have switched a SIMM on my phone and it gives me service but i cannot call anyone, only 911.

Im not trying to switch providers i just want to know why my phone only works to one specific Orange EE sim because i tried the same Orange EE sim and it didnt work

Yes, but to switch SIMMS at all with an iphone, Your provider links a SIM with an IEMI number with your Iphone, you must call your provider in order to get it working.
