How to uninstall Stock Applications?

I have a Samsung 4.1.2 Android Smartphone.Is there any way to Uninstall System Apps(Like Google Drive , Playnewsstand,etc) without rooting my phone.
I am willing to do anything it takes to do this but no rooting.

No. All you can do is disable them but that's it.

Rooting the phone has own advantages and dis-advantages.
Why uninstall system apps anyway?
I bet you want to free ram and battery consumed by System apps which you dont use.Assuming that Storage space is not the issue there is one way:-

Uninstall updates and reset the system app which you dont use to Factory version.Then Disable it.Thats the equivalent for uninstalling an app as far usage of ram in background is concerned!
