New laptop for developer

Hi

Its about time to replace my E6400 laptop with a new toy.

My needs:

1 - 14 inch display
2 - Intel i5 processor
3 - 8GB of ram
4 - Small hard disk since I will be moving my SSD drive from my old E6400.
5 - 9 cells battery (not mandatory)

I'm short on budget so refurbished laptop are good to go.
budget ~$700

What would you recommend my buying and why?
