best student tablet under 200 €

Hi,
I'm looking for a tablet mostly to surf the internet and read PDF files.

For me the most important caracteristics are long battery duration and good screen resolution and luminosity.

Can you give me some suggestions?

What country and store are you buying from? Posting those will help to suggest a tablet. Also what operating system do you want - Windows 8? Android? iOS?

Im from Portugal and i would prefer Android os an IOS. But somthing around 200$ would be ok.
I even consideres buying used but almost all devices havê até least 2 years of use...
