Where is the power button on the dell latitude D610?

I just purchased a Dell refurbished Latitude D610 laptop professional, windows xp, intel pentium M inside. I have the battery and the cord. The service tag number is 65NVJ91 13403127349 is the EXPRESS SERVICE CODE. i HAVE PUT THE BATTERY PACK IN AND i HAVE PLUGGED IT INTO AN OUTLET BUT IT WON'T COME ON.

The power button is right in the center above keyboard, below the logo. Press and hold it for couple of seconds.

When plugged in - do you have the LED on the power brick on? Do you have any LEDs on the computer on?
