Best budget ANDROID for $80-$120 (Cannot go further than $120)

As the title says, I need an android smartphone and I have a budget, which is between $80 and $120, I cannot go further than that because it's my limit!

Any recommendations?

If you're open for other options than Android, the Nokia Lumia 520 is available in the US for about $80, and in Europe for €115. It has much better price/performance ratio than android devices... and Windows Phone 8 is getting better every year.
