Surface Jailbreak not working - Missing registry key?

I downloaded the Jailbreak tool and Win86emu onto my Surface RT. I extracted runExploit.bat and the other files to my desktop and ran it, pressing R when prompted. Instead of working, the window says:

ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value.
Waiting for uptime to reach two minutes

Clearly, this means that it didn't work, since attempting to run the Win86emu installer gives this error: "The app that you are trying to run is not supported on this version of Windows."

What is this registry key that's missing? Am I doing something wrong?

First why in the heck would you want to jailbreak your surface. From what i've read there is literally no benefits of jailbreaking right now....that is why your still getting the error with win86emu.
