anyone know of a software that lets a user download sms text messages from a cell phone to a win7 pc via bluetooth?

I can't use cable hook ups. the cell phone charger/data port no longer works. so bluetooth is one method to transfer data to PC. the other one is of course is to forward the txt message via email and it is tedious.

the cell phone is the Motorola E815. yes its old and pre-smart phone.. so there!

Well if it's not android, then y don't u try installing the original Motorola mobile suite if it's available for ur mobile (which i guess it should be). U could also copy the text message to ur memory card and then use that memory card on ur PC to transfer it. After that, just look at the extension in which it is. If u r using Win8, then it would automatically suggest u something. Or else, search on google which app could open that extension, :)

copy the text messages to the memory flash card is not possible. the only thing this phone can copy are pictures, video & sounds, not text messages. Prolly would be able to copy if the phone were hacked and some features turned on.

I'll have to take a look a the motorola mobile suit, it should have E815 support.

ok, looks like Motorola does not carry the mpt software on their website anymore. Its directed to another company, Avanquest. Seems they have the MPT.
