How much would my old D620 be worth?

I'm debating on selling my Dell Latitude D620, and I need to know how much it should be worth before I make the decision. It runs smooth and quick, and bluescreens about once every other month

Physical condition:
Large scratch on lid
Red ink splotch around Dell symbol
Mostly peeled touchpad
Otherwise perfect, with the occasional ding

Intel Centrino Duo Core T2600 @2.16 GHz

None. It died a while ago and I just threw it out to trim off weight.
