Sennheiser HD 650 seeks matching DAC/AMP for external sound for PC

I got a pair of HD 650 cans and need a matching quality DAC/AMP for them. They are 300 Ohms of nominal impedance and can take 500mW @ 300 Ohms, so they need quite the "horsepower" to reach their potential. They also got jack in both 1/4 and 1/8 inch so no problem with only big jack plugs fx.

Basically(if I understood hrs of googling sound people fora correctly) an external sound card to get shielding from all the workstation noise.

I thought choices like..
- Audiotrak Prodigy Cube
- iBasso D7
..were good enough but I am stuck with too weak amps there.

So budget went up from $150 to $350 and now I hit choices I know very little about, cause noone I know of, has em,
