looking for an android smart phone under 12k inr

i've been comparing samsung sony htc smart phones under 12000/- i'd like to have android 4.2.2 i've heard about upcoming samsung galaxy s duos 2 and another one is sony xperia m dual because dual has android 4.2.2 dual sim is not important 4r me and not so heard about htc phones ya android 4.1.2 phones are rocking on the market now and i'd like to play some games not as much as high-end phones do i just want you to do is to share some ideas about these budget smart phones with good specifications
