Looking for a decent laptop for games

Hello there i was wondering if anyone knew some cost efficient laptops i could run on about medium settings and get around a steady frame rate of 60 fps for most if not all games and the cheaper the better seeing as i wont have the $800 or up to spend any help is greatly appreciated in trying to get me able to play some games because right now im on my Toshiba L675D-S7016 and it cannot even run dayz at above 20 fps which is horrible all suggestions appreciated and all knowledge and know how.
