iPad Air, iPad 4 or iPad 2

So im planning on buying an ipad and here are my options:

iPad 2 (Brothers old one) £120
iPad 4 (Amazon) £356
iPad Air (Very.co.uk) £360

I can afford to spend £400 but if theres no point i will just buy the iPad 2 However if i should get the 4 or Air which one should i get. BTW i will only be getting the 16GB as i wont fill up anymore.

No reason to get an iPad 2 anymore. Apple still sells them but with the new apps taking full advantage of iOS 7 and the quad core Apple A7 chip, you're better off going with the Air or a refurbished 4th generation.
