Need help deciding between 2 laptops

Basically need help deciding between 2 laptops

First laptop specs:
Intel Core i7 3630QM Processor
Windows 8
16GB DDR3 1600MHz SDRAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 650M with 4GB DDR3 VRAM
1TB storage
If you want to look it up for a better spec list its the ASUS R701VZ-V4G-T1155H 17.3in Notebook

Second laptop specs:
AMD A10 5750M processor
Windows 8
AMD Radeon HD 8970M
8GB DDR3 memory
750GB storage
this one is the MSI GX60 15.6in Gaming Notebook [3BE-242AU]

Both laptops are the same price, I'm just not that familiar with laptop processors and GPU's.

3630qm is way better than 5750m, and pretty much same goes for HD 8970m over 650m. If I were you I'd choose the one with better CPU, although the RAM is overkill
