My laptop is a Toshiba satellite a505 I took it in to get cleaned up and now when I turn it on it immediately goes black with a blue box asking for a password that I never had to begin with. My question is what can I do? Is the password on the box somewhere? I still have all the paperwork for it along with the box but still can't figure it out. Please help.

That is a BIOS password. You can't change it or remove it without the original password. Go to whoever cleaned it and ask them for the password. Though that's some shady s**t being done. Unless you put it in.
