iPad 4 vs Galaxy Note 10.1 ?

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (16GB + 3G) in my city cost 575$ ,and the iPad 4(16GB + cellular) cost 666 $
What tablet of these two is better ?
P.S. I want buy a tablet for games,reading,internet, and movies

For gaming, you might want to consider the Nexus 7 or 10, rather than the Galaxy.

Apple iPad 4 has longer battery life (10 hours vs 9 hours) , higher height (7.31 inch vs 6.75 inch)

Meanwhile Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has more pixel front camera (2 m vs 1.2 m) , faster processor speed (1.9 ghz vs 1.4 ghz) , more pixel rear camera (8 m vs 5 m) , more pixel horizontal resolution (2560 pixel vs 2048 pixel) , thinner depth (0.31 inch vs 0.37 inch) ,

The advantages of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1: Measurably faster CPU clock speed, A bit bigger screen size, Can be charged via standard USB cable, ect.
