Good enough for gaming and video editing?

So I found pretty cheap laptop for 340$
Specs-
2.4GHz/1.5GHz VISION A8 Technology from AMD with AMD Quad-Core A8-3500M Accelerated Processor
6GB DDR3 System Memory (2 DIMM)
AMD Radeon HD 6750M
640GB (5400RPM) HDD

Would this be able to run games like GTA4, Fallout3, Farcry 3? I also use adobe premiere to edit so could me computer handle it? Would I be able to use my 1080p smart TV to dual screen?

yeah it will run it in low and med settings.
