You have many options...here are two.

1) Your phone should give you the option of create a backup of your contacts. That backup is stored in the SD Card and after that you can connect the phone to the PC and extract the bakcup.

2) Install Samsung Kies (Samsung's Official Software) and that software give you the option to do the backup of your contacts and store it in the place that your want.
