can't format sd card

Blank sd card, mobile says format, im klicking format and then nothing happens the sign of the blank sd card is still there, im removing card and then put it back... trying to format again..nothing.. took the pc, connected phone to pc, pc installing driver software..failed...On both pc's... please help, thank you

i tried both ways and nothing happened, when i open in pc from memory card reader, in it there is like... nothing then i klicked format, and then when i put again the sd card in the phone, the phone again shows blank SD card

Most of the time a dead SD Card can't be recovered, if there are ways chances are to low to success.

Try inserting the card in some other phone and format it from there.
Hope this work and if it isn't then its a faulty sd card and it will better to change it otherwise ur cell may be at risk .

I'd personally recommend using a PC instead, though. Get a USB SD card reader if your computer doesn't have one built in. Once the PC recognizes the SD card, open up My Computer > right click the SD card > select format > set format as fat32 and check "quick format" > hit apply.
