so i build myself a brand new gaming pc and i have my gaming headset which is an ozone spark, it uses 2 seperate jacks one for mic and one for audio but it has a connector to one main jack. however when i have the mic plugged it it just wont work, i cant figure it out for the life of me, i have tried to ports on the back followed every video and so on but i just dont know, does anyone think they can solve this problem.
Also if i rotate the mic jack whilst it is plugged in the mic picks up my voice
