Is a Lenovo G585 (AMD E1-1500) a good laptop for light use and good for a $280 price tag?

My parents are in need of a laptop. Their uses include online browsing, audio/video streaming, watching 720p/1080p video, and some light word processing.

I've come across a Lenovo G585 on sale for $280. The specs:

  • 15.6" screen
    320GB HDD
AMD E1-1500 Processor w/ integrated ATI Radeon HD 7310 graphics
    2GB RAM

Would this be a decent laptop for my parents? Or is there anything I can get better that would be around the same price or cheaper, considering 10.1" netbooks also go for around ~$250? They would prefer a 15.6" screen but it's not absolutely necessary. I live in Canada, if that helps any. Thanks for your input!

Here is a custom ebay search that I started, you should be able to find a good laptop in there with better specs with a better price. http://www.ebay.com/sch/PC-Laptops-Netbooks-/177/i.html?Operating%2520System=Windows%25208&LH_BIN=1&LH_ItemCondition=1000%7C1500%7C2000%7C2500&Screen%2520Size=15%252D15%252E9%2520inches&_from=R40&_dmpt=Laptops_Nov05&_mPrRngCbx=1&_udhi=305&_nkw=laptop&LH_PrefLoc=1

Hope you find a good one! That laptop is okay but, I think you can find something better in this list.
