Home network streaming of cable tv

How do I stream cable TV to a smart TV? I have a Silicon Dust HD home Run Prime tuner, Time Warner cableCARD and tuning adapter. I am connected with 5-bars signal strength. How do I get the channels to show on the TV?

I would check to see if there is some sort of Media Center or Extender app that you can download/install onto your Smart TV. If not, then you will likely need to purchase an Extender (Ceton Echo, XBox 360, PS3). Note that only the XBox 360 works as an extender if you have Windows 8 running on your PC.
