Plasma burn in and fuzzy picture

I have a plasma tv that seems to have burn in. When I turn it on after being off for a while it is fine. After 10mins or so it becomes problematic. Burn in begins to happen frequently aswell as fuzzy screen. The fuzziness seems to be worse with certain colours. I've tried rolling DVDs and burn in fix it movies. Also tried colour and white wash. Is the tv gone???

Doesn't sound like burn in. Burn in doesn't come and go like this. Sounds like the TV has other problems.
