Hi,

I'm looking to buy a new laptop for moderate gaming @ 720p. I've narrowed my choices down to two:

One is a new Dell inspiron 14

Processor 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i3-2375M processor (3M Cache, 1.5 GHz, with GT625M 1GB base)
Operating System Windows 8 Single Language, English (64bit)
Display 14.0"(35.6cm) LED Backlit Display with True Life and HD resolution (1366 x 768)
Memory3 2GB 1 DIMM (2GB x1) DDR3 1600Mhz
Hard Drive 500GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
Video Card NVIDIA® GeForce® GT625M 1GB DDR3

The other is an HP g6:

APU 4600M
6 GB RAM
Dual Graphics Radeon HD 7670 and 7660 in crossfire

I'd appreciate if you could let me know which would be a better option performancewise. I've heard that the 730m trumps the 7670 alone, but I'm not sure about how it fairs against the 7660/7670 crossfire solution. Moreover, I'd like to know which CPU would fare better--3rd gen i3 @ 1.9 ghz or the APU 4600M

Thanks in advance!

The timeline m3 ultra (with a 640m and a second gen i5 @ 1.6 ghz) seems to handle most games maxed out at 720p and it's hardware is about on par with the dell. But I've got no clue about the hp
