umm, how about instead of "urging them" you put up an ultimatum that it will be changed by date X or the head of the branch will be put on trial for treason and fined for all of the money they have.

So CISPA passes the House which greatly expands snooping on personal computers, but now the Senate is coming out saying the IRS isn't allowed to snoop. Pick a side and stick with it, hypocrites much?

The Administration and Congress should pass legislation that expressly prohibits the IRS from obtaining emails and other kinds of communications without a warrent.
