dell xps 14 screen replacement - My Screen got scratch on the corner.I want to know how much it would cost to replace a new one and why the gorilla glass is having this problem

You're sure it has gorilla glass? My phone has yet to reveal any marring thanks to it.

It's hard to estimate parts and labor without knowing your system model. I'm guessing since it's for an XPS machine though, the panel alone won't be cheap. Labor will vary depending on who you go to.
